It is characterized not only by its high nutritional value but also by its fruity aroma and lightly acidic flavour. Alcohol content is about 4.5%. It can be used for various dishes such as dressings, marinades, pickles, sushi rice, and more.

Mix 1 to 2 teaspoons with 250ml of water and add in organic honey or maple syrup. Perfect for salads, dressings, dips, marinades, veggies and most foods. Shake well before using.
