Preserved Bean Curd is a form of processed, preserved tofu used in Oriental cuisine as a condiment made from soybeans. It is also commonly consumed at breakfast to flavour rice, porridge, gruel or congee. Organic preserved bean curd is made from organic ingredients, therefore it is delicious and healthy.
Bean curd is naturally fermented for more than 30 days with no artificial colourings, flavourings and preservatives added.
