A popular Malaccan dish, literally translated to ‘sour spicy’ vegan fish that the appetizing sauce was made with herbs like ginger torch flower, kaffir lime leaves, lemongrass, and other spices. With a hint of spicy and sour note from chili paste and tamarind juice.

Open package - Pour on a small pot - Add 50ml coconut milk - Recommended to add cooked ladies’ finger, tomato - Bring it to a boil - Garnish with and ready to be served
